In May 2024, our partner Solenergi FUSen completed the largest Over Easy Solar installation to date—a 248.4 kWp solar system on the rooftop of Norway’s National Football Stadium, Ullevaal Stadion. Featuring 1,242 vertical solar units, the project is estimated to generate 219,000 kWh of clean energy annually.

This world-record rooftop installation showcases the key advantages of vertical solar panels: 20-30% higher specific yields compared to traditional flat-roof systems, superior winter performance with reduced snow coverage, and a lightweight, non-intrusive design that ensures easy rooftop access.

Installed on an existing bitumen roof, the mechanical work was completed in just a few days, demonstrating the efficiency and adaptability of Over Easy Solar’s solutions.
